Porvi Mahajan is a seasoned recruitment professional with over 14 years of experience in the field. She has worked with some of the most prominent organizations, including GE, PwC, and Accenture, and is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Expedia Group. In her current role, Porvi is responsible for leading technology hiring for Expedia Group in APAC with a team of 55 people. She is focused on creating a more diverse leadership team in APAC, improving the interviewing experience for candidates, and promoting the Expedia Group brand. Porvi has a strong track record of delivering value to her business groups and achieving ambitious targets. She has led and participated in global projects for change and improvement, and is constantly working towards evolving the hiring process to provide a great candidate and hiring manager experience. Porvi is also spending time in Expedia Group's 'Location Strategy' and 'Building Interviewing Capability' initiatives, where she is helping to determine the best locations for Expedia Group's hybrid work model and building a pool of interviewers who are trained and calibrated on 'how' to interview. Porvi holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Panjab University.
