Prior to his current role, Prabakaran worked as a Member of Technical Staff at Zoho, where he was responsible for developing and leading modules in the ManageEngine RecoveryManager Plus product. He implemented a complete backup and restoration tool for Microsoft Azure Active Directory using Graph REST API and utilized Snapshot API to backup and restore ElasticSearch data. He also spearheaded the technical support team in debugging and fixing numerous customer issues in the product.
