Prabeer N is a workplace and people integrator with a passion for all things related to talent, culture, HR, and employee experience. With over 23 years of relevant experience, Prabeer has worked with several big names in the industry, including Google, Sprinklr, Speechify, Oracle, and PetroChina. He has heavy international, leadership, and M&A experience, having lived and worked in several cities around the world, including SFO, NYC, Beijing, London, Singapore, Sydney, Dubai, Mumbai, Tokyo, and Toronto. Prabeer is currently an early-stage investor at Keltoj FZ LLC, where he works with a team of rebels who are obsessed with making the best even better. They break, transform, and create, and are not afraid to drop the dogma for something that can get the same results faster and with fewer resources. Prabeer is actively looking for SW engineering wizards to assist him with difficult tasks that can impact the whole community. Prabeer has held several leadership roles in the past, including Head of People Operations at Speechify and Vice President (APAC Region) - Culture & Talent and Global Initiatives at Sprinklr. He has successfully carried culture in SaaS Tech, Hi-Tech, Deep Tech, Social Tech, Distribution, and Manufacturing industries. Prabeer holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton. He is a successful culture carrier and has a proven track record of creating order out of chaos, setting priorities, solving conflicts, and removing obstacles. Prabeer loves working with smart, fun people in a challenging, dynamic, fast environment where accountability and culture trump bureaucracy.
