Prabhaaharan Rajavel is a result-driven research engineer with over 3 years of experience in designing and developing AI applications. He has strong fundamentals in machine learning and software development and has built several AI proof of concepts (POC) and delivered minimum viable products (MVP) in the predictive analytics domain. Prabhaaharan has experience in building AI products for the US healthcare industry and is currently working as a Research Engineer at buddi.ai. At buddi.ai, he has built an AI product that takes decisions based on clinical pieces of information and has explored various NLP tools and techniques to hunt the clinical data required for the decision-making process. He is fluent in Scala, Python, Play framework, and SQL. Prior to buddi.ai, Prabhaaharan worked as a Project Intern at TCS-Centre of Excellence, where he worked on the deployment of OpenStack cloud services in CentOS and deployed CirrOS, a tiny OS in OpenStack cloud, and implemented a small java-microservice. He also worked as an Inplant Trainee at Caterpillar, where he learned about Six Sigma and Agile Management and was trained in the areas of display and instrumentation systems used in heavy vehicles like excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, etc. Prabhaaharan holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering and has a comprehensive skillset that includes Scala, Python, Machine learning, NLP, JavaScript, Play framework(MVC), HTML/CSS, Git, CI/CD, Neo4j, MySQL, PostgreSQL, OpenCL, Linux(Ubuntu/CentOS). He is a Research Scientist with expertise in AI, software engineering, Python, ML, NLP, SQL, Scala, Neo4j, CI/CD, Javascript, MySQL, Flask, Microservices, test, Elastic Search, and Computer Vision.
