Prabhansh Rai is a seasoned Strategy Consultant at Zensar Technologies, RPG, with over 4.86 years of relevant experience in product management, software engineering, and infrastructure. He is a problem solver and an entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service to the end-consumer. Prabhansh has a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from MNIT. Prabhansh's technical skills include Hadoop, Selenium, Tableau, SPSS Modeler, Oracle 12c, MySQL, C++, Python, R, Javascript, Jquery, and Agile Methodology (Scrum). He has extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams across different geographies to formulate disruptive game-changers, improve business processes, and create sustainable business transformation solutions. At Oracle, Prabhansh spearheaded high-impact engagements for clients and oversaw workflow development from project planning, requirements analysis, systems design, implementation, integration and testing, quality assurance to deployment and maintenance, thereby imbibing end-to-end perspectives of the product development life-cycle in an Agile environment within the Oracle stack. As a Product Manager, Prabhansh plans to leverage his intrinsic innovative mindset, leadership coupled with the negotiation and risk mitigation exposure garnered enabling businesses to ‘FIT-IN’ yet ‘STAND OUT’ in this competitive market. He has worked with Zensar Technologies, RPG, where he devised Go-to-Market strategies for product partnerships (Cloud & Infrastructure), compiled & presented analysis of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting customer’s value contributions, designed Knowledge Assets for Microsoft Alliance, and added SaaSOps to Digital Workplace portfolio. Prabhansh is also the founder of MudnPot, a web-based application that caters to the consumer's gardening needs. He structured the business plan for MudnPot, evaluated potential markets, defined product roadmap, strategized SEO, and created a positioning strategy for the Bangalore pocket- India. He led a team, comprising 2 developers and a graphic designer, to develop the application on all prominent web environments.
