He also onboarded a fintech on Zeta's fusion platform and enabled it to go live within 3 months. Previously, Prabhat worked as a Software Development Engineer - III at Zestmoney, where he led a team of 5 developers and worked on integration with multiple well-known third-party products for loans and debits. He also designed, developed, and delivered the product changes for Loan Moratorium Phase 1 and Phase 2 along with the team, within a few days of RBI announcement, giving users digital convenience to opt-in/out using multiple modes. Prabhat also re-architected the repayment setup with a fallback mechanism so that the customer isn't blocked, which led to lesser drop-offs at the end of the customer journey. Prabhat holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from N M A M Institute of Technology, Nitte.
