Prabhat Jain is an experienced Spark/Hadoop Developer with 8 years of experience in IT. Currently working as a Senior Analyst at Bank of America, Gurugram, he works with the Data Science & Analytics Platform (DSAP) team to design and develop Big Data applications. Prabhat has a strong exposure to creating data pipelines through different frameworks and defining batch/real-time workflows. Prior to Bank of America, Prabhat worked as a Senior Hadoop Developer at Gyansha Infotech, where he gained expertise in Hadoop Framework and Big Data Concepts. He has hands-on experience with MapReduce Programming Model and installation and configuration of HBase, Hive, Pig, Sqoop, Flume, R, and Spark. Prabhat also has experience in writing Hive queries and Pig scripts, cluster administration tasks, and knowledge of Apache Spark and its stack. He has trained individuals and corporate experts on Big Data Technologies like Hadoop & Spark. Prabhat holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Motivational Pathway and completed his High School education in Science Stream from Angels Public Sr. Secondary School, Delhi.
