With 2.20 years of relevant experience, Prabhat has worked with top companies in the industry, including LG and Bang Olufsen, where he served as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer. At Bang Olufsen, he designed an optimized convolutional neural network architecture to perform Acoustic scene classification on low-powered, low-memory devices such as headphones. He also developed an end-to-end framework for rapid experimentation with CNN architectures, data preprocessing methods, and transfer learning. Prabhat reduced memory requirements further by pruning and quantizing the 32-bit float model to low-memory 8-bit integers and optimizing the input preprocessing and space requirements. Prabhat's primary interests in AI include computer vision, speech processing, and natural language processing. He also has a keen interest in explainable AI, which he considers to be of high importance overall. His expertise in backend development makes him an asset to any team, and he has a particular interest in high-performance backend development. At American Express (Amex), Prabhat worked as a Software Engineer, where he collaborated with the engineering team on the development of Enterprise Communications Platform (Raven). He also built custom JSON and POJO parsers, which were generic and required no code changes when any change in requirements/specifications occur in the future.
