In the past, Prabhat founded Bringbucks, an AI-powered mobile CRM solution that empowers organizations to coach their team, improve efficiency, increase customer experience, and drive revenue. He led the complete product conceptualization, application design, feedback gathering, and architecture design to build the product using Python Django in the backend with MySQL database. He also led the team responsible for Frontend and Mobile App development using Angular and React Native, respectively. He worked on a Keyword spotting algorithm using Dynamic Time Warping to classify the negative sentiment calls. Prabhat has also worked as a Software Engineer at Dream11, where he worked on the League Recommendation Engine, which led to an increase in revenue by 2% from new visiting users. Prabhat's education background includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from IIIT-Allahabad and secondary education from Gyan Bharti Public School, Gaya.
