Prabhjeet Arora is a product manager for Microsoft, with a focus on achieving 10x user growth and increased engagement for media files in the MS Office mobile application. He joined Microsoft full-time after working as a summer intern in the OneDrive-SharePoint team, where he devised the GTM strategy for Microsoft Lists targeting Indian MSMEs. Before his MBA, Prabhjeet worked with Samsung Research for a year, performing code optimization and memory leak analysis for Samsung Camera and Samsung Bixby voice assistant to improve the user experience for these two apps. Prabhjeet is an MBA from IIM Calcutta, where he was one of the top performers in strategy and public policy courses. He loves reading books - both fiction and nonfiction - and is always up for conversations on technology, strategy, and macroeconomics. In his current role as a product manager for Microsoft, Prabhjeet is working on building media-based experiences in the M365 mobile app while learning the ropes of the PM craft from some great folks in his team. Prabhjeet's past experiences include working as a product management intern at Microsoft, where he worked on SMB strategy for Microsoft Lists in the ODSP team. This internship was his first exposure to product management, and he loved the experience, which led to a full-time offer for the PM role. He also worked as a strategy intern at the CEO's office at privé technologies, where he devised the GTM strategy for Prive and a Korean smartphone giant's joint fintech offering in the $150B+ South Asian market. He developed a product prototype and identified five key partnerships by benchmarking business models and consumer experience for 30+ firms. Prabhjeet holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Dehradun Institute of Technology. He has relevant experience of 1.27 years and possesses skills in product management, mobile, and research scientist.
