Prabhu Kalaiselvan is a seasoned Digital Foundry Leader with over 19 years of experience in delivering complex engagements, programs, and inter-related projects. He is a results-driven professional with expertise in strategic and new account development, P&L ownership, and cross-functional team management. Prabhu is recognized for developing insightful strategies that are deeply rooted in consumer knowledge and ensuring their flawless execution. With a strong domain knowledge of eCommerce, Cloud Computing, and Blockchain Technologies, Prabhu has led the delivery of multiple small to large-scale projects, programs, and engagements. He has also built customer-centric solutions that provide a unique seamless experience across channels, touchpoints, and devices. Prabhu has expertise in leveraging different strategic levers such as outsourcing, insourcing, and nearshoring to ensure the success of programs. Prabhu has partnered with COEs/Strategic Account teams to finalize GTM strategies & POC execution and liaised with marketing, sales, engineering, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfillment of business case goals. He is an established Product Management professional with proven success in product vision, roadmap, strategy, and working with cross-functional teams. Prabhu has a proven track record of leadership skills for handling stakeholder management, people management, and ensuring the success of the entire program. His technical expertise includes implementing Private, Public, and Hybrid cloud platforms, agile methodologies (SCRUM/Kanban), Information Systems Security, and DevOps. Prabhu is comfortable with Cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, OAuth2.0, SAML 2.0, and has in-depth knowledge of GDPR implementation for E-commerce solutions. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Cloud Computing from MAHE and a BE in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University. Additionally, he holds a German Language certification from Bosch and a FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine from FIFA/CIES Executive Programme in Sports Management India. In his previous roles, Prabhu has worked as Global E-Commerce & Digital Transformation Lead at Bosch and as a Product Manager | Multi-Project Lead, where he gained onsite experience at Robert Bosch HQ in Germany. Prabhu is a passionate Digital Identity Enthusiast and enjoys working on Cloud Transformation and Digital Transformation projects.
