Prabhu Ramachandran is the Founder and CEO of Facilio Inc, a facilities management software suite that unifies building operations, maintenance, and sustainability performance across a portfolio. With over 22 years of relevant experience in the industry, Prabhu is passionate about transforming the way buildings are managed across geography to create fast, delightful, and healthier experiences for billions of people. Prabhu understands that buildings directly impact the life of billions of people and the quality of the environment at large. Therefore, he built Facilio to help buildings shift from traditional, tactical facilities management towards smarter, predictive facilities experience. Facilio is an elegantly crafted app suite that connects disparate systems, people, and machines in real-time through IoT-driven web and mobile applications. Prior to founding Facilio, Prabhu worked as a Product Manager at Zoho, where he handled product strategy, development, and customer support for WebNMS line of products. He also led the strategy, innovation, product management, marketing, and business development of enterprise-scale software solutions for hundreds of large organizations as the Director of WebNMS, the IoT and telecom division at Zoho Corporation. Prabhu holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electronics and Communications from the University of Madras. He is well-versed in product management, mobile, and web technologies. Prabhu's current mission is to help the built environment thrive towards continuous sustainability by empowering people, machines, and buildings to achieve the highest levels of efficiency.
