Prabhu Ramkumar is a Principal Engineer at National Australia Bank with over 14 years of industry experience in developing resilient teams and applications. Thereby reducing the customer on-boarding time from 24hours to 60secs. Prabhu also led efforts around building microservices for digital forms using nodeJS stack. As part of that, he was responsible for service availability, compliance standards, security, architectural alignments, API documentations, semantic versioning, and more. He also dealt with capacity planning, release planning, SRE’s, monitoring and risk mitigation, risk profiles, service migrations, and decommissioning of AWS resources, cost center management and more. In his past experience at ANZ, Prabhu was a Senior Software Engineer in the digital and sales experience tribe. His objective was to drive more sales through digital platforms and provide insights to marketing teams for making strategic decisions around products and cross-sell opportunities. He helped the business by improving the digital platforms and online applications through technology transformations and enablements via modern technology stacks and tools. He enabled the in-house platform for tools such as adobe analytics, target, campaign, and audience manager. Prabhu also led work related to new marketing campaigns on Home lending, preparing release plans, disaster recovery plans, risk, and mitigation plans for anz.com.
