Prachi Sharma is an IT Recruiter with over 2.85 years of experience in the field. Prior to her current role, Prachi worked at KPMG as a Human Resources Executive, where she actively hired Cyber Security, Information Security, Archer, Service Now, and Data Privacy, Data Governance, Metric Stream, IT PMO, Graphic Designer, Character Animation RPA IA, for PAN India location. She was responsible for lateral recruitment, organizing mass-recruitment drives, managing the complete recruitment cycle, and utilizing social media to market roles, attract talent, and build online communities of target candidates. Prachi has also worked at Accenture as an IT Sourcing Specialist, where she looked after recruitment activities for PAN India and handled middle and high-level recruitment.
