Prachi Tiwari is a seasoned Lead Consultant with over 15 years of experience in the product delivery space. She has worked as a product owner and business analyst, designing and creating various product solutions on web and mobile platforms. Prachi has also worked as a delivery lead and project manager for various projects, ranging from small greenfield projects to complex large-scale programs distributed across time zones. Prachi is an expert in agile transformation of teams and has worked on both agile and waterfall set-ups. She has conducted agile coaching to help teams understand the agile culture and mindset. Her domain experience ranges from banking, multi-channel commerce, retail, travel, healthcare, insurance to education industry.
