Pradeep Kumar M. is a Director of Product Management at FICO, with over 14 years of relevant experience. He is an expert in solving customer problems through technology solutions and has built high-performance product teams to execute large-scale, complex consumer/business products. Pradeep is skilled in using modern technology to solve some of the most complex customer/business problems. He has successfully conceptualized, created, scaled, and optimized products while being customer-centric and validating gut instincts with data. He has an entrepreneurial background and is proficient in product management, mobile, strategy, execution, cloud, mobile platform, analytics, Android, PaaS, and SaaS. In his current role at FICO, Pradeep is responsible for the overall product management of the company. He has also worked as Vice President of Products at Infinx, where he owned customer discovery, launch, and adoption of multiple healthcare payments product lines. He also hired and set up the product division in Bengaluru and led the teams to deliver new products. At Mavin, Pradeep was the Head of Product Management and responsible for all product initiatives, including product management and design, product marketing, analytics, sales, and pre-sales support. He launched India's first net-neutral sponsored data platform, Gigato, and grew the net-neutral Android app downloads to approximately 1 million. He also launched an enterprise product for customer lifecycle management, Mavin Motion. Pradeep holds an MS in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, and a BE in Electronics and Communication from BMS. His tech stack includes product management, mobile, Android, ML, and integration.
