Pradeep Agnihotri is a skilled Tech Lead with over 9 years of relevant experience in developing high-quality software applications. He is an AWS Certified professional with expertise in Python and a passion for innovation, best practices, and a positive attitude. Pradeep has a strong ability to work independently and excels in requirement gathering. He has experience in developing web applications using Python, Django, Django-REST, Flask, FastAPI, MySQL, and NoSQL. He is also knowledgeable in AWS, Nginx, Jira, and Git. Additionally, he has experience in numPy, pandas, SciKit, matplotlib, and TensorFlow. Currently, Pradeep works as a Lead Technical Manager at Finoit, where he manages technical teams and leads the development of software applications. He is currently working on Peach Payments, a trusted African payment gateway with easy e-commerce integrations and personalized multi-channel support. Pradeep's past experiences include working as a Technical Team Lead and Web Developer - Python at Finoit. He has also worked on projects such as MySway, an app and web-based communications platform, and Workflow, a project to manage employee details of a company. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Software Engineering from Maharshi Dayanand University. He also completed his Class XII and Class X from Sarswati Bal Mandir Sr. Sec. School and Adarsh Sr. Sec. School, respectively.
