Pradeep Bansal is a seasoned computer professional with over 13 years of experience in developing and delivering software using a wide variety of technologies in all phases of the product life cycle. His domain expertise lies in EPM, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC), ESSBASE, HP-UX, and Embedded Systems. He is well-versed in people management skills such as hiring, appraisals, and RIFs. Currently, Pradeep is the Senior Manager of EPM Cloud Software Development at Oracle, leading development and ML initiatives of Financial Consolidation and Cloud Service (FCCS). Since its inception four years ago, FCCS has crossed 2000+ customers and is going strong. Prior to this, he served as the Principal Member of Technical Staff and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Oracle, working on Hyperion Financial Management Product. As a core team member, his responsibilities included enabling the product across OS versions like Linux/Solaris/Windows, ownership of new features/POCs, and implementing complex features such as Journal Reporting, ICP Reporting, Currency Translation, Override Translations, Configurable Calculations, and Configurable Consolidations in FCCS Cloud. Pradeep's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering from Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology. He also attended DAV Public School from 1991 to 2003. Pradeep is a skilled software engineer with expertise in Java and ML. He recently started exploring ML and is going strong. With a relevant experience of 14.20 years, Pradeep is a valuable asset to any organization he works with.
