Prior to this, Pradeep was the Founder of treflo, where he played a key role in building and scaling the company. He also served as a Non-Executive Director at officepulse.in, where he oversaw operations in the South-east European Region. Pradeep holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from mip politecnico di milano, where he studied General Studies. He also completed a Fellowship in Sustainable Economics from the London Business School and an exchange program in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from emlyon business school. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from vishveshwaraiah technological university.
