Pradeep Bishnoi is a seasoned technical leader with over 13 years of experience in software development, testing, and management. He is currently the Head of Engineering at Kenko Health, where he is building an all-in-one health subscription product using the latest technology. Pradeep is passionate about using technology to solve real customer and business problems and prefers simple solutions over complex ones. Throughout his career, Pradeep has worked in different roles and capacities at startups and large enterprises, building products in various domains. He has experience taking a product from idea to scaled adoption and is skilled in designing products from scratch and maintaining legacy systems. Pradeep is proficient in recognizing and mitigating potential issues and has managed Dev, QA, UI, and DevOps resources to deliver quality products on defined timelines in Agile/Scrum model. Pradeep has built and managed cross-functional teams, setting up the required processes and handling change management with people, process, and business. He has also been a member of the soapUI product advisory team and an early contributor to the Appium automation project. Pradeep has volunteered to organize a few tech events with VodQA, HasGeek (droidcon/jsfoo/rootconf). Pradeep has worked as the Director of Engineering at Telio and Lendingkart, where he led the team of developers, QA, automation, and DevOps engineers. At Lendingkart, Pradeep designed and delivered several high-revenue-generating products, including the Co-Lending platform and the Cross-Sell system. He also handled a Partner Experience pod, which was primarily responsible for all Partner Integration, working with DSA, partners for lead generation to loan disbursals. Pradeep holds a B.E. with Honors in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Rajasthan and completed his SSC & HSC from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He has expertise in Senior Software Engineering, testing, QA, DevOps, UI, Integration, Docker, and CI/CD. Pradeep is currently hiring for various tech roles to build a solid engineering team and culture at Kenko Health and is interested in health tech and growth stage startups.
