Pradeep Gopi is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience across multiple functions, including Human Resources, Software Engineering, and Business Operations. He is an alumnus of IIT Madras and IIM Bangalore, where he completed his BTech in Mechanical Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Management, respectively. Currently, Pradeep is the Head of HR at Cloudphysician Healthcare, a role in which he is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's growth and success. Prior to this, he worked as the Head of HR at Nissan, where he provided leadership in recruitment, performance management, competency management, employee engagement, and HR operations. Before joining Nissan, Pradeep held the position of Senior Director of Operations at UST, where he was responsible for implementing corporate-level strategic initiatives aligned with the organization's vision. He also enabled the new-business team in North America and coached and mentored the client executives remotely to scale the sales team at optimal cost. In addition to his professional experience, Pradeep is also a failed entrepreneur, which has given him valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of starting and running a business. He is proficient in Frontend tech stack and has a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the field.
