He is currently a Member of Technical Staff 3 at VMware, where he is responsible for solving complex technical problems and developing long-term solutions that meet business needs. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Pradeep has a deep understanding of programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, Bash, and Maven. He is also well-versed in operating systems like Linux and Windows, as well as technologies such as K8s, Docker, Cloud Storage, and vSphere. Pradeep is a problem solver at heart, and he enjoys taking up challenges and finding solutions from the inside out with fine details. He is always happy to help out folks within his reach and is known for his enthusiastic and collaborative approach. Prior to his current role, Pradeep worked as a Member of Technical Staff 2 and Member of Technical Staff 1 at VMware, where he gained valuable experience working on the Cloud Native Storage (CNS) Initiative for VMware vSphere. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from PES University, as well as a 12th grade (PUC) degree in PCMC from Alva's College of Education and a 10th grade (SSLC) degree from Soundary Sri Vidyamanya Vidya Kendra.
