Pradeep Kumar is a Senior Engineering Manager at Autodesk, with over 15 years of experience in software development, testing, and leadership roles. He has spent over 5 years in engineering leadership, product owner, and product management roles, with a focus on SaaS, cloud subscriptions, and data reporting and delivery. At present, he is driving a project to build a data reporting platform that generates half a billion dollars for Autodesk. Pradeep is passionate about customer success, quality, and shipping great experiences to customers. He believes that a product or service is nothing but an experience, and he enjoys working on creating simple, yet great designs that help solve customer problems. His skill set includes product management, initiation, conceptualization and requirements gathering, prototyping, release planning and execution, business analysis, agile methodologies, team management, competitor analysis, customer success, quality assurance, product design, and program management. Before joining Autodesk, Pradeep worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Adobe, where he was responsible for owning the Adobe Updater, installer, and licensing support with the product teams. He also had additional responsibilities for API testing, black box testing, and automation. Pradeep holds an M.Tech in Enterprise Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore, where he studied machine learning, data analytics, and text mining. He also holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal(Sonepat). He completed his high school education in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Hindu Vidya Peeth Sonipat, and his secondary education in general studies from Little Angels School. Throughout his career, Pradeep has worked as a software engineer, senior software engineer, product manager, test, QA, and product designer. He has 13.86 years of relevant experience and is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
