Pradeep Raja is a seasoned Senior Manager in QA/Product Operations with over 17 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working at Flipkart as a Manager, leading a Product Operations team and building a roadmap for new launches. Pradeep's expertise lies in Search Relevance & Recommendations Product Operations, with a strong focus on B2B. At Flipkart, Pradeep's responsibilities include functional/UAT support, identifying and resolving user experience issues that affect Search and Reco quality, generating, analyzing, and taking actions on key pain metrics, and conducting competitor study/analysis to share insights on a regular basis. He also performs AB metrics analysis for new launches, quality analysis for top and tail searched queries, and captures the relevance of results that add pain to search results. Prior to Flipkart, Pradeep worked at Yahoo as a Search QA, where he was responsible for web search weekly releases, front-end black-box & relevance QA for international markets, native & web apps manual QA for biweekly releases, and functional & GUI testing for new/feature launches. He also has experience in data extraction and validation for shopping, travel local, and mail search verticals, test plan and test design techniques, cross-browser testing, relevance testing on user searches for shopping and search properties, image and video relevance, and annotations, process and vendor operations management, and team management. Pradeep holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Technology from Annai Mathammal Sheela Engineering College. His technical expertise includes QA, Search, test, ML, Web, Android, iOS, and Frontend.
