Pradeep Reddy is an experienced software technical manager and architect with a reputation for meeting aggressive deadlines and providing high-quality deliverables. With over 16 years of relevant experience, he has demonstrated his ability to lead multi-disciplinary and offshore teams. Pradeep has extensive experience in building and architecting scalable, high-performance big data/analytics platforms for complex real-time event processing and batch scheduled processing, using open source big data platforms. He has also worked on adding real-time features and capabilities to Salesforce.com's Chatter, including Chat and Presence. Pradeep was also responsible for the Chatterbox project, which is now part of Salesforce Files. Pradeep was one of the initial employees at an early-stage startup, Dimdim Inc, which eventually got acquired by Salesforce.com. At Dimdim, he was responsible for bootstrapping and building the ecommerce platform. Currently, Pradeep works as the Director of Engineering at Confluent. Previously, he worked as the VP of Engineering and founding member of Skyflow, and as the Executive Director/Senior Architect of Engineering at Athena Health. Pradeep completed his bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in senior software engineering, Salesforce, big data, and Amazon Athena.
