Pradeep Sodhi is an experienced Android Team Lead for Mobile Apps with over 11 years of experience in the field. He is an expert in architecture planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, and sprint planning, timely deliveries, and process improvement. Pradeep has extensive experience in code reviews for Android and iOS, performance and stability improvement, and adoption of new tech stack and design methodologies. Pradeep is skilled in coordinating with Program Managers, Product Managers, Design, QA, Business and Marketing, and Backend Engineering Teams. He is also an excellent people manager, setting KRAs for team members by setting up quarterly one-on-one sessions, responsible for an individual's growth, and working with team members to help them meet their aspirations and KRAs. Currently, Pradeep is working as an Android Technical Lead at SOLV, where he is responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. He is primarily focusing on the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. He is working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. In the past, Pradeep has worked as a Senior Software Engineer - Android at Oottru Technologies Private Ltd, where he worked on the Cricut Design Space® app that is a companion app that works with Cricut Maker™ and Cricut Explore® family smart cutting machines to design awesome projects. He has also worked as a Senior Android Developer at Saxon Global, where he developed Android applications for one of its clients, Scania. Pradeep holds a Master of Computer Applications - MCA from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor of Science - BS from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
