Pradeep Sreeram is a dynamic and passionate engineering professional with over 12 years of experience in the software industry. He is currently the Head of Engineering at eatfit, where he leads a team of developers to create innovative solutions for the food and wellness industry. Pradeep is also the founder of Cleankoding, a services startup that specialized in scaling up businesses in domains such as insurance, edtech, and logistics. Under Cleankoding, he created tecnex.expert, a community-based learning platform that connects learners with experts in technology. Pradeep's vision for tecnex.expert is to disrupt the e-learning industry by providing a platform for professionals to share their knowledge and experience with others. With a complete software life cycle experience from requirements to taking it to production, Pradeep has a 360-degree view of business, technology, and how they can transform lives. He has sound experience across React Frontend, Spring Boot backend, and cloud environments such as Azure, GCP, and AWS. He is also well-versed in technologies such as SQL, Docker, Microservices, Jenkins, and P2P. Prior to his current roles, Pradeep worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Cerner, where he developed and enhanced MEF (Monitoring Event Fabric) according to the requirements that included increased performance, better maintainability, and additional features. He also improved performance and bettered the monitoring of Data Center devices via the successful conversion of the monolithic application into a microservices architecture using Vertx for streaming processing from Kafka and Nomad for process orchestration. Pradeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and completed his SSLC and PUC from BEML, KGF, and SEA College, respectively. He is a product designer and a designer at heart, always striving to create innovative solutions that make a difference in people's lives.
