Pradeep Sukhwani is a highly skilled software engineer with over 6 years of experience in solving real-life industrial problems using Python, Django Rest Framework, and ReactJS. He is passionate about designing massively scalable systems and loves to explore new technologies. Pradeep is a quick learner and a hustler with a proven record of achieving deadlines while working remotely. He takes initiative in work or any project-level activities and has a firm grip on developing concepts and methodologies. Pradeep has been selected as a jury for evaluating the teams at Gujarat Industrial Hackathon (GIH) in 2019 held at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU). He actively participates in hackathons such as HackAzoi organized by Azoi Technologies, Ahmedabad, and meetups such as Bangalore Python Users Group meetup (also known as BangPypers). Currently, Pradeep works as a Software Engineer at Airbase where he owns features from technical design to deployment stage. He provides technical leadership and owns specific areas of the platform. He works closely with Product Managers to translate product requirements to engineering specifications and participates in product discussions, taking ownership and initiative. Pradeep has previously worked at MindTickle as a Software Development Engineer II and Software Engineer where he owned the product end-to-end for all phases from development to production. He managed and executed against project plans and delivery commitments, peer-reviewed code, and mentored and guided other engineers. He also built automation around custom integrations along with proper alerting mechanisms in place. Pradeep has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Gujarat University. He has also completed several courses in Computer Science from Harvard University, Udacity, PluralSight, and Codecademy. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Python, ReactJS, Django, MySQL, and UI.
