Pradeep has 2.27 years of industry experience as a Software Engineer, where he has worked on various projects related to JIRA Integration, Data Migration, PL/SQL, and Website Analytics. He has engineered solutions to integrate two CRM tools, JIRA and BMC REMEDY, for Motorola Solutions with Python and JIRA's RestAPI. He has also developed middleware scripts to migrate knowledge articles from ATG to Salesforce and worked on data migration from Greenfield application to Salesforce. Pradeep has provided technical and functional support on Oracle R12 to service teams across China and India to resolve critical database transactional problems for Motorola Mobility. Pradeep's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Anna University and a Master's degree in Data Analytics from DCU, which he will complete in December 2021.
