Currently, Pradeep is the Senior Engineering Manager at DoorDash, where he is leading the Logistics Platform group focused on building a reliable, scalable, and extensible platform to power the execution of deliveries for every local commerce use case in your city. Prior to DoorDash, Pradeep worked at Amazon as a Senior Engineering Leader, where he led a 40-member Transportation Optimization organization responsible for providing optimal delivery date estimates for all orders placed on Amazon and assigning the optimal transportation route for all packages delivered by Amazon. He also worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon Web Services, where he worked on SWF on AWS Flow Framework (Java) to parallelize the validations of Carriers Information and enhance reliability. Pradeep is an empathetic leader with a high EQ, capable of assembling and motivating diverse teams. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, AWS, Software Engineering, Java, and Web technologies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli.
