Pradeep Yadav is an AI research scientist at PharmCADD with a passion for improving people's lives through the use of artificial intelligence technology. With a diverse educational background that includes a Master's degree in Signal Processing from IIT Hyderabad, Pradeep is an expert in complex systems and specializes in healthcare. At PharmCADD, Pradeep is part of the R&D team where he works on pre-processing and building machine learning models to predict target values from nano physicochemical datasets. He is also involved in protein structure folding prediction and drug development through AI, as well as RNA secondary structure prediction through deep learning. Prior to joining PharmCADD, Pradeep worked as an AI engineer at Redpine Signals where he focused on predicting various diseases from wearable devices, biological signal processing, and modeling. He also worked on analog and mixed signal layout automation using ML/DNN & ALIGN, MAGICAL & ALOE tool (5nm tcmc Technology). Pradeep's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University and a 10th class CBSE from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. He also completed a Master's thesis project at IIT Hyderabad where he worked on data acquisition and experimental setup, biological data processing, and neuroimaging.
