Pradhan B V is a seasoned Senior Technical Architect with over 15 years of cross-functional and hands-on product development experience. He is currently working at redBus as an Engineering Manager, where he is responsible for the architecture, performance, security, and scalability of all B2C applications and APIs. Pradhan is also leading a team of 12 developers for delivering mobile apps and API. Pradhan's expertise lies in maintaining and scaling high traffic e-commerce websites and mobile apps. He has planned and executed large-scale projects involving multiple teams within redBus, provided technical guidance to teams through code reviews and brainstorming sessions, and identified and engineered technical improvements to the server, caching, and DB platform. Pradhan has a continuous focus on improving ROI on AWS infrastructure and troubleshooting live production systems with dev and tech-ops team. Pradhan holds a BE in Telecommunication from Dayananda Sagar University and has completed Advanced C and Unix internals from Uttara Info Solutions.
