Pradheepa Ramasundaram is an Embedded Developer at Bosch, with over 4 years of relevant experience in firmware development for ECU communications and software integration of active safety systems in McLaren and Porsche projects. She is an Instrumentation Engineer by training, and a curious individual who believes in the power of asking simple yet powerful questions to learn and grow. Apart from her technical expertise, Pradheepa is also a budding Agile enthusiast, Design thinking explorer, Business management buff, and a continual improvement evangelist. She is fascinated by the impact one can create in people's hearts and minds, and has been actively involved in the TEDx community as a core team member and graphic designer. Pradheepa is also a passionate artist who finds solace in her brush strokes and believes that art is the most intense form of individualism. She is actively seeking opportunities to volunteer and mentor students, and is currently a Youth Delegate for India at the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR). At HPAIR, Pradheepa participated in the Technology and Innovation track as a Gold Delegate and worked with a team of six members to develop an Impact Solution for UNDP. She had the opportunity to attend insightful sessions and interact with some of the greatest speakers in HPAIR's 30-year history, including CEOs of McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, and Infosys, among others. Pradheepa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Amrita University. She is proficient in design and has experience working as a graphic designer for TEDxKanniyakumari, where she was responsible for rebranding and giving a trendy makeover to upcoming events.
