Pradip Bagchi is an experienced Test Lead at CGI Group Inc. with over 11 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. He has expertise in using JMeter and Squish (Python) and has received an award for consistently increasing automated code coverage to over 80%. Pradip has demonstrated his commitment to the team and deliveries, working independently as a team member. Pradip has experience in adapting performance testing practices to DevOps strategies and has specialties in performance tuning, prototyping, and performance improvement. Pradip is building tools and processes around CI/CD pipelines involving integrations with Jenkins. Pradip has established and shared performance best practices, designed and executed a robust performance test, and compared and contrasted system performance with varying levels of physical resources.
