Pradnya Gothal is a highly experienced Agile Coach with over 20 years of diversified experience in providing end-to-end enterprise-level systems solutions using design patterns, frameworks, methodologies, and industry best practices. Currently working as an Agile Coach at Wipro Limited, Pradnya has previously worked as Deputy General Manager - Enterprise Agile Coach at BookMyShow, where she led the company-wide Agile transformation. She coached development teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders, and executives on Agile values and principles to promote continuous improvement in practices and artifacts. She transformed 8+ business units for their Agile adaptation, trained over 500+ people in Agile software development & Scrum at scale, and established product increment planning and release trains across business verticals. Pradnya also has experience working as an Area Manager IT Solutions Services, India at J R Technologies, where she demonstrated strong analytical and technical skills in designing NDC solution and architecture. She led and guided the team and set out performance parameters/ deadlines, defined coding standards and best practices, and ensured timely completion and delivery of the project, achieving 100% compliance with NFR matrix for scalability and performance.
