Pradnya Kulkarni is an experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in the insurance industry. She is skilled in various technologies including React JS, Redux, Javascript, Flutter, Node, AWS, GraphQL, DynamoDb, MongoDB, Java, Spring, Springboot, JPA, Hibernate, and AJAX. She graduated from the University of Mumbai with a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician. Currently, Pradnya is working as a Scrum Master and Lead Software Engineer at HERE Technologies, where she is responsible for developing full-stack applications using Springboot and React. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Accion Labs, where she worked on multiple projects such as Company.com and Loginext Solution Product. In Company.com, she managed the Front End of Dashboard and User Profile Application using ReactJS, along with React-bus and Redux. She also used GraphQL (AppSync) API for communication between multiple microservices and worked on AWS serverless with Node to create microservices. In Loginext Solution Product, she primarily developed a component library in React and hosted it on a private artifactory server using Verdaccio and publishing to the client using Storybook. She also worked extensively on ReactJS, Typescript, ES6, Styled-components, Redux, Redux-saga, LeafLet, OpenStreet, and Google maps, among others. Pradnya also worked as a Software Developer at Coverfox Insurance, where she was responsible for restructuring the Insurer Result and Proposal Page. She refactored all the flows according to the new design and added Upsell and Zero Depth Addon functionality. With a relevant experience of 9.61 years, Pradnya has a strong engineering background and is a skilled professional in various technologies.
