Pradyumna Bhandolkar is an experienced Lead SDET with over 11 years of experience in the software industry. His primary focus is on ensuring defect-free product releases through direct contribution and leading teams of engineers in manual and automation testing for web, mobile, and backend services. He has expertise in building and leading QA teams and establishing the best QA processes for quality assurance. Pradyumna has worked mostly in start-ups and has built multiple automation frameworks across Web, Mobile, and Rest Services with reporting and monitoring dashboards with CI integrations. He is well-versed with all the development and DevOps concepts and methodologies. Pradyumna has excellent communication and analytical skills. Currently working as a Sr. Automation Engineer at Adobe, Pradyumna has previously worked as a Lead SDET at Junglee and SDET 3 at Halodoc. At Halodoc, he led android SDETs across Halodoc ID and was part of the Core platform team, leading SDET activities for the Android platform of Halodoc apps. He refactored the automation framework to optimize and make it scalable with BDD approach and streamlining testing efforts and automation process across Halodoc android SDET’s. He also implemented monitoring tools in Jenkins for regression automation metrics trend and drove Sprint planning and led sprint tasks. Pradyumna holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Ramaiah Institute of Technology and completed his 12th from Seshadripuram Main PU College.
