Pradyumna Hegade is an R&D Engineer at ASOCS with a passion for wireless communication. With a strong background in wireless communication fundamentals, he specializes in L1, L2, and L3 and has good coding skills. His research interests include ORAN, cognitive radio, and physical layer security. Pradyumna's experience includes working as a Research Scholar at the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore, where he proposed a rate optimal relay selection method for underlay spectrum sharing networks and worked on an optimal antenna selection for the best beam formation at base stations. He also proposed a scheme for physical layer security of an underlay spectrum sharing network and analyzed the performance of available beamforming techniques. Pradyumna implemented and verified the above scenarios in MATLAB using Monte Carlo simulations. As an Engineering Intern at Dominicus Semilla Agrico, Pradyumna introduced a wireless system for monitoring seed conditions at a storage facility and validated the system for various pre-determined scenarios involving optimal oxygen and temperature levels for breaking dormancy and securing optimal seed quality. Pradyumna holds an MS by Research (Full time) in Networking and Communication from IIIT Bangalore, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from SRM University, a PU from Narayana Degree College, and a High School degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. His tech stack includes software engineering and research scientist. With 1.20 years of relevant experience, Pradyumna is an accomplished professional with a deep understanding of wireless communication and a track record of success in his field.
