Praful Chandra is a Senior Software Engineer at CGI with a passion for analysis and problem-solving. With over 6 years of relevant experience, he possesses extensive skills and experience in using a wide range of business analysis tools and techniques. Praful is an analytical thinker who can come up with innovative business solutions to meet a company’s strategic, tactical, and operational requirements. In his current role as a Senior Software Consultant at CGI, Praful is responsible for end-to-end delivery and implementation of Agile and Waterfall adhered methodologies to provide solutions for business projects. He oversees scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communications and identifies risks and develops risk mitigation plans. Praful is also responsible for managing dependencies and project constraints, meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues, and submitting project deliverables while ensuring that they adhere to quality standards. Before joining CGI, Praful worked as a Senior Business Analyst at Standard Chartered, where he created data visualizations and supported business case development of Supply Chain projects and investments. He was also responsible for communication of complex concepts to multiple stakeholders and for several kernels, lead in solution design on the program level based on enterprise architecture for finance tools with his scrum team. Additionally, Praful worked as a Business Operations Analyst at Dell, where he participated in the end-to-end ad sales and ad operations technology needs with planning and implementation. Praful holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and completed his High School in Engineering Science from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. He is skilled in SQL, product management, Azure, UI, and software engineering. Praful’s key strengths lie in his ability to get the work across by clearly communicating and presenting materials across all levels of an organization.
