Prafull Gangawane is an experienced Applications Engineer with a passion for solving real-world problems using technology. He has a deep interest in distributed and storage systems and possesses hands-on programming expertise in JAVA/C++ and OOPS. Prafull has gained valuable work experience that has taught him to be on edge and constantly evolve with the software world around him. He is always eager to learn and stay updated with the latest developments in the tech industry by watching tech talks in his leisure time. Currently, Prafull is a Security Engineering member at Nutanix and holds the position of Member of Technical Staff 3. Prior to this, he worked as an Applications Engineer at Oracle and a Teaching Assistant at Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay where he taught CS 726: Advanced Machine Learning. Prafull has a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the College of Engineering Pune and Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology, Vishnupuri, Nanded. Prafull's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Java, Javascript, Elastic Search, C, ML, Search, UI, and Infra. With 5.20 years of relevant experience, he is open to exploring opportunities that provide challenging work, in turn giving him scope to push his boundaries to provide well-crafted solutions.
