Pragya completed her post-graduation in Human Resource Management at XLRI, Jamshedpur, where she interned with Bharti Airtel on an Attrition Management project and a Training & Development project. She graduated with a B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering degree from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, after which she worked for a year as a Software Engineer in Kronos Pvt. Ltd., a Workforce Management Solutions Company. At Darwinbox, Pragya is responsible for setting up the L&D function from scratch, including content development, vendor management, technology assessment, and training the employee base. She has also held the role of Implementation Consultant at Darwinbox, which enriched her HR knowledge base by exposing her to clients across industries, where she got an opportunity to understand their Hire to Retire processes, along with their HRIT landscape. This role also gave her extensive experience in project management and stakeholder management. Pragya's technical skills include Software Engineering and Integration.
