Pragya Choudhary is an experienced Analyst at Goldman Sachs with a background in chemical engineering and mathematics. She has a strong foundation in financial institutions, having previously worked at Citi Bank in the Equities Tech business unit where she was awarded a pre-placement job offer based on her accomplishments. Pragya has also worked as a Data Science Intern at Falcon Labs, where she was involved in end-to-end solutions for time series data. Pragya's experience in finance and tech has given her the ability to work in a small growing team and learn much about startup culture and self-motivation required for exponential growth. Pragya has also been involved in developing features like responsive search, private comments, A-B mapping, and association of tickets flowing, implementation of complex filters (angular library), and more. She has used programming frameworks such as Angular, Rest APIs, Java Spring, and J-unit. In her past roles, Pragya has attended 45 days of training on git, SQL databases, Jenkins, Java, and .net organized by Citi. At the end of the training, she completed a project in a team of seven for detecting front-running in trade settlements using .net as the primary framework. At Falcon Labs, Pragya worked on solving problems faced by automobile and other product industries using advanced data science techniques. She built end-to-end user-based APIs to extract data from IOT devices and delivering final forecasted data and analytics to users. Pragya also worked on different datasets collected from water flowmeter sensors, energy meters, and automobile sensor datasets for Forecasting using ARIMA, SARIMA, and LSTM along with optimization and Personalized Analytics. Pragya has a degree in chemical engineering and a minor in mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee.
