Pragya Rustagi is an experienced software engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is currently working as a Software Engineer at Microsoft in the IDEAs team under E+D org that builds insights and measures business growth for different set of lines of businesses (Big Data Platform). Pragya has a strong background in Data structures and Algorithms and has worked on both backend and frontend. She is skilled in LLD and HLD. She is also a Mentor@Scalar. Prior to joining Microsoft, Pragya worked as a Software Engineer at Grab where she focused on providing better payment solutions to the Grab users. At Grab, she worked on security provision to customers and proper authentication via Pin setup. She also worked on Cash transfer and Fundsflow via GrabPay wallet and banks. Before Grab, Pragya worked at AirAsia as a backend developer where she was responsible for handling the deployment and fixing of on-call issues and bugs. She was also responsible for the implementation of new features/microservices from end-to-end. Pragya holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Guru Teg Bahadur Institute of Technology.
