Pragyan Mohapatra is a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with over 3.86 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently working at Cisco as a Software Engineer, Pragyan is a part of the ACI team working on modules such as config export, import, rollbacks, and fabric recovery. He has designed an integrity check for configurations backup to validate the imported configurations and avoid manipulation of exported configurations on APIC. Additionally, Pragyan has developed enhancement features for fabric recovery and added different pre-upgrade validations to APIC and switches as a part of pre-upgrade checker, solving related customer bugs. Before joining Cisco, Pragyan worked as a Researcher at TCS Research & Innovation Labs. During his tenure, he worked on acoustic analytics using machine learning algorithms. He has also worked on several exciting projects, including Aerial Drones with Direction Sensitive DeepEars, Structural Health Monitoring of Multi-rotor Micro Aerial Vehicles, Tacto-Acoustic Material Inspection, and Acoustic Analytics Audio Pipeline. Pragyan has developed an audio pipeline that analyzes the audio signal extracting its various features and reaching the end goal. He has also used knowledge engineering techniques such as Ontology, SPARQL, and Jena Reasoner to infer new inferences from data and deduce the goal. Pragyan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. He also pursued his Research Scholar degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore.
