Prajakta Jadhav is a TOGAF 9 certified Enterprise Architect with over 11 years of experience in digital transformation. She is currently the Head of Software Development at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd, where she is responsible for managing deliveries of enterprise portals for the BFSI, education, and healthcare sectors. Prajakta has extensive expertise in project management processes, including requirements analysis, estimation, proposal development, project planning and scheduling, cost tracking, change management, risk management, team development, issue management, and responding to all stakeholders' concerns. She has worked on web-based projects in various industries, including manufacturing, education, finance, and online communities. Prajakta has been involved in the entire implementation of ERP projects and has played a crucial role in strengthening ESDS in becoming one of the world's top leaders in intelligent cloud hosting - eNlight Cloud. She has also been involved in data center hosting and data center managed services and has played a key role in standardizing and implementing the CMMI processes. Prajakta's specialties include expertise in ERP for manufacturing, retail, and supply chain, cloud, and CMMI implementation. Her tech stack includes software engineering, microservices, senior software engineering, infra, web, PHP, and research scientist. Prajakta holds a BE degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. She has previously worked as a Sr. Project Manager and Research and Development Engineer at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd. With 12.61 years of relevant experience, Prajakta is a microservices architecture evangelist who is passionate about driving digital transformation for businesses.
