Prajakta Mane is an Intern at PTC with a passion for data and machine learning. She is an avid learner with great grasping power and loves to play with data. Her interest in data began during a capstone project where she was asked to make calls to API and retrieve data. This experience sparked her interest in deep learning and led her to explore machine learning algorithms, convolution neural networks, and data cleaning techniques. Prajakta is a data scientist who believes in the power of storytelling through data. She has experience working with data frames through Pandas and has a complete intuition about it. She is also skilled in web development and has worked with frameworks like Django. She enjoys competitive coding and is always looking to share her knowledge and grow with others. In her previous role at Konecranes, Prajakta worked in the Data to Knowledge department on projects related to BI and Analytics Operations/Support. She learned about Data Warehouse Source, Architecture, Modelling, and ETL tool DataStage. She also worked on reporting tool Qlikview and created dashboards. Prajakta has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from D. Y. Patil Pratishthans D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune. She also completed her CBSE Higher Secondary (12th) from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Her tech stack includes Web, ML, AI, Deep Learning, Django, Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Pandas, Neural Networks, Data Warehouse, and ETL. Prajakta has 0.78 years of relevant experience and is excited to continue learning and growing in the field of data science and machine learning.
