Prior to joining Habitat, Prajval worked as a Software Engineer at Viasat, where he collaborated with the customer support team to develop a new Automated Customer Care solution for its customers. His role included developing a Salesforce Liveagent Integration app to be implemented in the Viasat's new Automated Customer Care, working on their Dialogflow Chatbot App's improvements, and working on various Rocket.Chat projects such as Omnichannel, Apps Engine, Livechat Widget, among others. Prajval holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Kalol Institute of Tech. & Research Center and completed his Higher Secondary Education in Science (Group A) from Ananya Institute of Science Kalol KIRC Campus. With 3.94 years of relevant experience, Prajval has a strong technical background and expertise in Software Engineering, AWS, Typescript, Salesforce, Docker, React Native, Integration, and NodeJS.
