Prakash Arjunan is a highly skilled software technologist with over 9 years of experience in various domains such as Payments, Logistics, Security, and Consumer Electronics. He is passionate about building software that solves real-world problems and is interested in areas such as Data Structures and Algorithms, Distributed Systems, Architecture, and Design. Currently, Prakash works as a Software Technologist II at Philips, where he is involved in building Ultrasound applications using C++ and C#. Prior to his current role, he worked at PayPal, where he was responsible for stabilizing the payment settlement systems. He also worked at Harman, where he led the migration of a 32-bit to 64-bit Parcel Shipping management system. Prakash has also worked at DXC Technology, where he was part of the client's Merchant Services Team, responsible for API migration, Activity page migration, and Unified Notification platform. Prior to DXC, he worked at Anlage, where he was part of the McAfee internet security team, maintaining the stability of the application. Prakash started his career at HCL as part of Campus Select, where he was involved in creating a front-end application for Camera. He has also attended Summer Training Camp at All India Radio and Doordharshan, Trichy. Prakash's education background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anna University. He also completed his HSE from Bharathi Matric Higher Secondary School, Trichy, and SSLC from the same school. Prakash's tech stack includes SQL, Frontend, ReactJS, Java, and he is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer.
