Prakash Das is a skilled Software Development Engineer with over 4 years of experience in the industry. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Bidgely, where he is responsible for developing a Customer Onboarding Solution that uses features such as simplified config management interface and WYSIWYG editors to reduce onboarding time from 8 to 4 weeks. He is also part of the core platform engineering team responsible for managing the entire Data Ingestion pipeline handling around 4-5 million users data. Prakash has a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree focused in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, Bhubaneswar. He is an experienced web developer skilled in SQL, MongoDB, NodeJS, PHP, and jQuery. He has worked on technologies like Spring MVC, Cassandra, AWS Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, Redshift, MySQL, etc. and is currently involved in remodelling and redesigning the data ingestion data model to support new data scenarios. In the past, Prakash has worked as an SDE-II at Navi, where he was responsible for building the MVP of the Navi Mutual Funds App, which is still live as part of the Navi SuperApp. He was also responsible for developing an in-house Chatbot + CRM system to efficiently handle and resolve user queries. Prakash has also worked as a Software Engineering Mentor at Newton School, where he mentored final year students from different universities across India and prepared them for SDE roles at various product companies.
