Prakash Narkhede is a Test Automation Enthusiast with over 13 years of experience in the field of software quality assurance. He is currently working as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst (Automation) at Wolters Kluwer, where he is responsible for developing various Selenium/RestAssured frameworks and delivering test automation of SAP and API projects using TOSCA TestSuite to respective application teams. Prakash has worked on a variety of projects during his tenure at Wolters Kluwer, including ERP projects (SAP and Salesforce) and Enterprise Applications (Web applications). These systems are responsible for dealing with Wolters Kluwer's customers who buy their products, starting from creating contracts/orders to making payments. In his previous roles, Prakash worked as a Senior Software Engineer at HSBC and as an Application Developer at IBM. At HSBC, he worked on projects related to FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard), where he was involved in requirement understanding, test design, test data creation, test execution, and defect reporting/tracking. At IBM, he handled various initiatives, starting from requirement gathering/understanding to test execution and defect management activities for various projects that fall under Retail (Core) Banking and Business Banking. Prakash has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anuradha Engineering College and completed his High School education in Electronics from C.S. Kothari Junior College Nandura. His tech stack includes test, QA, SDET, Selenium, Salesforce, Web, and Software Engineer. Apart from his professional work, Prakash is also a YouTuber and runs a channel called AutomationTalks.com, where he shares his knowledge and experience in the field of test automation. He is passionate about training new joiners (college grads) with detailed training on TOSCA and Selenium.
